摘要
通过SEM和XRD等手段,对研制的C/C复合摩阻材料在不同碳化阶段其基体碳的微细组织与结构的生成变化进行了研究,得出的结论为:①加压条件下碳化可以提高碳收率,并可获得有独特形状的碳粒子;②石墨结构在本条件下即HTT=1800℃时即出现。这些结论对于碳/碳复合摩阻材料的微观探索是有意义的。
The formation changes in microcosmic structure and form of matrix-carbon
of the developed C/C composites in different carbonification stages have been investigated by means of SEM and XRD. The results show:(1)Carbon increment can be increased while car-bonized under pressurized condition and specially shaped carbon granulas can be obtained; (2) Graphite structure can be formed at the heat treatment temperature of 1800℃. These results are significant for the tiny field research of carbon-carbon composites friction materials.
