摘要
以培养的大熊猫外周血淋巴细胞为实验材料,研究了BrdU所诱导的大熊猫染色体脆性位点.结合显带技术,初步确定了脆性位点在染色体上的分布及其出现频率等.不同的脆性位点,其表达频率会出现显著差异.其中,No.2染色体着丝粒处的脆性位点对BrdU极为敏感,表达频率高达40%.此外还就BrdU诱导脆性位点的机理进行了初步的探讨.
The activity and conformation changes of SOD during denaturation by pH,temperature and denaturants have been studied by the measurement of circlar dichroic spectra.The activity and conformation of SOD vary in special experimental conditions and the change of conformation is earlier than that of the activity.It was observed that the aactivity of SOD depends on the high content of β sheet.The authors speculated that two stages may exist during the denaturation of SOD.In the first stage,the conformation begins to vary,however,the content of β sheet changes little,so the active center keeps the entire conformation and the activity doesn′t decrease too.In the second stage,the content of β sheet decreases markedly,so the conformation of the active center changes,and the activity of SOD begins to decrease and even loses completely.
