脊柱骨旁骨肉瘤的MRI表现

摘要骨旁骨肉瘤是一种特殊类型的骨肉瘤，主要发生在股骨远端的骨皮质旁，属于低度恶性骨肉瘤，临床病程发展缓慢，预后较好，而发生于脊柱旁者罕见，本文回顾性分析经手术和病理证实的6例脊柱骨旁骨肉瘤的MRI表现，以提高对脊柱骨旁骨肉瘤的认识。
