摘要
采用手术法对白绒山羊进行胚胎移植，探讨手术对供受体母羊重复使用的影响．结果：１９９１～１９９４年４年中，用于第１、２、３、４次超排（ＦＳＨ＋ＬＨ）的有效供体母羊数为９１只、４３只、７只和２只，手术取胚的胚胎回收率分别为７０．１％、８２．７％、７９．６％和６３．６％．供体母羊手术取胚后，在下１～２情期中发情时进行人工授精，用于第１、２、３、４次手术后人工授精的所有组合的供体母羊数为１３６只、５９只、１６只和３只，分娩率分别为５２．２％、３７．３％、４６．７％和６６．７％．用于第１、２、３、４次手术移植的受体母羊数为２４４只、８５只、４５只和９只，移胚后分娩率分别为６８．４％、６１．２％、６４．４％和３３．３％．经统计学检验表明：手术次数对供体母羊超排后的胚胎回收率及其术后１～２情期中人工授精的妊娠分娩率无影响．受体母羊第１、２、３次手术移胚的分娩率之间无差异，但显著高于第４次手术受体母羊的分娩率（Ｐ＜０．０５）．
The influence of donors and recipients multiple use on the recovery rate of embryos from donor and the pregnant rate of recipients were examined.91,43,7 and 2 donor ewes were superovulated for 1st,2nd,3rd and 4th time,respectively.The recovery rate of embry were 70.1%、82.7%、7.96% and 63.6%,respectively.After the embryo recovery by surgecial method for 1st,2nd,3rd and 4th time,136,59,16 and 3 donors were artificully inseminated in next estrous cycling and the pregnant rate were 52.2%,37.3%,46.7% and 66.7%,respectively.244,85,45 and 9 recipients were used for 1st,2nd,3rd and 4th time,respectively.The pregnant rate of recipients after embryo transfer by surgecial methed were 68.4%,61.2%,64.4%,33.3%,respectively.The statistical test showed:there were no significant difference among the embryo recovery rate from donors and the pregnant rate from recipients.The pregnant rate of recipient were no significant difference among the recipients used for 1st,2nd and 3rd time,but they were significant higher than that of the 4th time used.
