摘要
采用纵轧理论和功率转换原则对异步交叉轧制的能耗特性进行了分析,并进行了实验验证.研究表明:交叉角有一临界值θcr,随着交叉角的增大,轧制能耗下降,当交叉角θ增至临界值θcr时,能耗最小,θ>θcr后,能耗基本不变;随异步比增大,轧制能耗亦下降,当异步比i增至临界值icr时,能耗最小,i>icr后,能耗则上升.而且交叉角θ愈大,其对应的icr亦愈大.即当交叉角和异步比皆为其临界值θcr和icr时,异步交叉轧制的综合能耗最小.
The energy consumption (EC) characteristics of asymmetric and cross rolling (AC) technology were analysed by rolling theory and translated principle of power. The theoretical and experismental researches show: There is a critical θ cr . With the increase of cross angle,the EC drops;as θ=θ cr ,the EC is the smallest;as θ>θ cr ,the EC changes little. There is a critical speed ratio i cr too,with the increase of speed ratio i ,the EC drops too. When i=i cr ,the EC is the smallest;when i>i cr ,the EC increases. Moreover,the larger the θ ,the greater the i cr . In brief,when θ=θ cr and i=i cr ,the comprehensive energy consumption is the smallest.
