摘要
利用电子探针微区成分分析测定了Ti-Al-Fe系低Fe部分的α(α2)/γ相平衡成分,并进行了热力学分析.结果表明,相对于Ti-Al二元系,Fe的加入使α(α2)/(α(α2)+γ)和(α(α2)+γ)/γ相界线均向富Ti方向移动;Fe在α(α2)相中的溶解度小于γ相,Fe为γ相稳定化元素.
The partial α(α 2)/γ phase equilibria in Ti Al Fe ternary system at low Fe concentration were measured by EPMA and examined with thermodynamic analysis. The results show that the addition of Fe in Ti Al binary system lead to a shift of the boundaries of α(α 2)/(α(α 2)+γ) and ( α(α 2)+γ)/γ to Ti rich side. The Fe solubility in α(α 2) phase is lower than that in γ phase,therefore Fe is a γ phase forming element in Ti Al binary system.
