摘要
目的探讨应用鼻内镜手术治疗老年慢性鼻窦炎患者的适应证、安全性和疗效。方法回顾性分析我科2003年1月-2006年5月收治的71例≥60岁的老年慢性鼻窦炎患者行鼻内镜手术的临床资料。结果随访6-12个月,其中治愈47例（66.2%）,好转19例（26.76%）,无效5例（7.04%）,总有效率92.96%。结论鼻内镜手术治疗老年慢性鼻窦炎是一种安全有效的手术方法。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of endoscopic surgery（ESS） on the elderly with chronic sinusitis. Methods A retrospective study was carried out among 71 cases more than 60 years old with chronic sinusitis, to analyze the therapeutic effects of ESS on the selesions. Results All the cases were followed up for 6 - 12 months after the operation. Among them,47 were cured（66.2% ）, 19 were effective （26. 76% ）, and 5 were ineffective （ 7.04% ）, with a total effective rate of 92. 96%. Conclusion ESS is a surgical procedure with safety and effectiveness for senile cases with chronic sinusitis.
