摘要
随着经济体制改革的深化和经济结构的加速调整,结构性失业将成为我国经济社会中一种普遍现象。如何解决结构性失业问题,减少其对经济社会的负面影响,将是我们长期面临的一项重要课题。文章分析了我国经济转型期结构性失业的特点及其产生的原因,并从五个方面提出了解决问题的对策思路。
Along with the deepening of economic restructuring and the acceleration of the economic strhcture adjustment,structural unemployment will become an economic and social phenomenon. How to solve the problem of structural unemployment and reduce its negative economic and social impact will be a long-term important issue for us. This paper analyzes the characteristics and the causes of structural unemployment in the economic transitional period, and makes some countermeasures to solve the problem.
