摘要
本文运用相关分析和对比分析方法,对近些年来中国政府促进农民增收、粮食增产、耕地保护系列措施运用后的实际效果进行量化分析,得出了相应结论。这些结论,对改进政府农业管理内容、方式和方法,促进政府管理职能转变,提高政府农业管理效力很有意义。
By using correlative and comparative methods, this paper made the quantitative analysis on the policies adopted by Chinese government to promote the increase of farmer＇s income, the grain output and the land conservation and. this paper has drawn corresponding conclusions. These conclusions are important to the improvement of the government＇s management of agriculture, to the transformation of government＇s administrative functions and to the enhancement of agricultural management by the government.
