摘要
牵张成骨因能减小手术创伤、减少术后并发症并增加术后稳定性而得到学者们的青睐。随着在一些综合征患者或先天畸形患者治疗中的应用,牵张成骨对下颌骨发育的影响越来越受到学者们的关注。本文就下颌骨牵张成骨对下颌骨发育影响的研究进展作一综述。
Distraction osteogenesis （DO）, which can deminish the trauma of the surgery and decrease the complication and increase the post-operative stability, is increasingly popular. With its application in many children with some syndromes or protal deformities, the effect of DO on the development of children has been paid more and more attention. And this article reviewed the effect of DO on the development of mandible.
