摘要
结合上皮是龈牙结合部的牙龈上皮组成部分,呈领圈状紧密附着于牙面。它独特的解剖位置使得其在组织内环境稳定和抵抗微生物及代谢产物中具有重要作用。研究表明,结合上皮的组织结构、代谢更新和免疫应答等方面在牙周防御反应中发挥着积极作用。本文就这些研究进展作一综述,旨在阐明牙周病发生和发展机制。
The junctional epithelium （JE） is the gingival portion of the dento-gingival tissue interface attached the tooth surface. Its unique location possesses a significant role in tissue homeostasis and defense against microorganisms and their products. Several studies have shown that the tissue structure, rapid renewing and immune response of JE play an active role in the periodontal defense response. The paper is to review the research progress in these fields so as to elucidate the pathogenesis of periodontitis.
