多孔孔板水节流特性试验及数学模型 被引量:11

摘要 为建立多孔孔板节流特性模型,指导多孔孔板结构设计,基于多孔孔板节流特性主效应因素的研究,以水为介质,对给定等效直径比、节流孔排列规则一定的多孔孔板进行了节流特性试验,为对比试验效果,对应多孔样板的等效直径比,对给定直径比的标准孔板进行了节流特性试验.试验的有效工况保证了试验的精度.借助于标准孔板的理论节流模型,确定了多孔孔板的节流模型形式,并通过试验数据分析,识别出模型中的未知参数,得出了多孔孔板水节流特性模型.另一组节流试验验证了模型建立的正确性. Establishes throttling model of multi - hole orifice (MO). Based on the study of main factor affecting MO throttling characteristic, conducts throttling experiment using water as medium. In order to contrast the experimental effect, testing MOs and standard orifice (SO) are both investigated in throttling experiment under various equivalent diameter ratio and diameter ratio. The model form is determined according to the theoretical throttling model of SO then the unknown parameters are identified by means of experimental data analysis. MO throttling model is provided while it agree wells with another experimental results.
