摘要
《黄帝内经》中的脉诊方法丰富多样,虽然后世尚未对其脉诊种类达成共识,但笔者通过综合分析,将其归纳为6种脉法,即三部九候诊法、人迎寸口对比诊法、独取寸口诊法、尺肤诊法、虚里诊法及手少阴脉诊法等。在临证中,每一脉法所主疾病不尽相同、各具特色,依据不同疾病性质和部位灵活运用,多种脉法并存,丰富了中医学脉学理论,为使脉法从多元性向一元性转化、由遍身诊法向独取寸口诊法过渡,奠定了理论基础。
The Methods of Diagnosis by Feeling the Pulse on The Yellow Emperor＇s Internal Classic are rich and varied. Up to now, on classification it don＇t reach a consensus as yet. The writer will distribute all the methods of feel the pulse fall roughly into six categories. For example： On the three parts and nine supparts of pulse; Both the Ren Ying pulse and the Cun Kou pulse, One inspects only the pulse condition Cun Kou by palpation, By inspecting the skin of the anterolateral side of the forearm, By Xuli pulse, The pulse by the Hand Shaoyin Channel of Heart. In the light of specific conditions choose relevant the methods. Traditional Chinese Medicine＇s theory is perfected by it. Transition the methods of diagnosis by feeling the pulse from diversify to centralized lay a foundation.
