摘要
本文主要针对大型电力变压器中使用的钢构件中的杂散损耗测量技术进行了研究,利用辅助线圈法对钢构件中总的杂散损耗进行了测量。为了分析杂散损耗的分量情况,对两种损耗的分离技术进行了讨论。将变频法应用于钢构件中涡流损耗和磁滞损耗的分离,对测量值和计算值进行了比较验证,从而证明了测量方法的可行性和有效性,同时,给出了波形畸变法分离杂散损耗的原理。
This paper mainly investigates the measurement technique of the impurity loss of steel structural elements that are used in large power transformer. The assistant coil method is used to measure the total impurity loss of the magnetic steel. In order to analyze the components of the impurity loss, two methods for separating the impurity loss are studied. The varying frequency method is applied for separating the eddy current loss and hysteresis loss, and the measured results are compared with the calculated ones to validate the feasibility and effectiveness of the measurement method. At the same time, the principle of the waveform distortion flux method for separating the impurity loss is given.
