摘要
研究了十字花科６个种（油菜、芥菜、甘蓝、萝卜、诸葛菜和桂竹香）的花粉微观结构．用醋酸酐分解法处理花粉粒，用光学显微镜测定大小，并以扫描电镜观察比较它们的外壁纹饰及孔沟形状等发现，它们之间具有密切相关性。
Author studies microstructure pollen of 6 species of the cruciferrae: Brassica campestris L.,Brassica juncea (L.) Czern et Coss,Brassica oleracea L.,Raphanus salivus L.,Orychophragmus violaceus (L.) O.E.Schulz and Cheiranthus cheiri L. Pollen were treated under acetolysis and then measured with micrcosope and whached by means of scanning electron microscope.The results showed these plants in the shape of their pollen were corelated closely.Thus the affinity between these species could be confirmend.
