摘要
论述模糊识别评估模型及该模型应用于模糊评估的基本方法,包括相对隶属度函数的建立;定性、定量指标相对隶属度函数的建立。提出了定性、定量指标的集成方法,建立了模糊识别评估矩阵以及级别特征值评估矩阵。结合雷达干扰效果评估应用实例,分析了该模型用于模糊评估的特点和可行性,表明所提出的集成方法能很好地反映评估对象的评估结果,具有可行性和实用性。
This paper discusses the fuzzy pattern recognition (FPR) model, including the establishment of relative membership grade function and qualitative and quantitative index relative membership grade function. It proposes the qualitative and quantitative index integration method, presents the FPR evaluation matrix and level characteristic value evaluation matrix. Combined with an example of radar jamming effects evaluation, the characteristics and feasibility of using this model in evaluation practice are analyzed. The results show that the proposed integration method can reflect the evaluation result, and is quite feasible and practical.
