摘要
针对乳化炸药连续化、自动化、可靠性生产要求,研制了一种乳化炸药生产线自动控制系统。运用自适应PID控制实现参数自整定,提高了生产参数的控制精度和产品质量。视频监控技术的应用,极大地增强了系统的安全性和可靠性。
For the request of continuance, automation and reliability in the emulsified explosive production, a kind of automation control system on emulsion production is designed, This system uses self -adaptive control technology to realize parameter self-adjustment and enhance production precision. And the video surveillance technology is used to enhance security and reliability of the system enormously.
