摘要
针对某大型风洞中电液伺服系统快速动作时流量大、定位精度高的特点,本文提出用伺服论阀与电磁换向阀并联控制的方案。并通过试验研究,确定了一些关键参数的选择方法。在最终位置的精确控制中,采用了自适应控制算法,取得了满意的效果。
In this paper, a new mechanism is presented which uses an electrohychulic servovalve and a solenoid valve in parallel in order to meet the requirements of high flow and high positioning accuracy of the system which wili be used in a large-scale wind tunnel. By experimental studies,some key parameters were selected, and the final positioning procedure to guarantee the stability and accuracy.
