摘要
建设社会主义新农村是新时期党中央构建社会主义和谐社会的目标之一,中国农村改革近30年来发生了翻天覆地的变化,农村各方面建设也取得了巨大的成就,但当前农村在物质文明、政治文明、精神文明和生态文明建设等方面仍然存在许多不和谐的现象,影响着新时期和谐农村的构建。针对当前农村不和谐的因素,各级政府要深化认识,有所作为,发展农村经济,加强党的基层组织建设,妥善化解当前农村各种矛盾,深化农村体制改革,加强农村生态文明、乡风村风文明建设,高扬公正理念,促进农村和谐发展。
Constructing socialist new countryside is one of goals that the Central Committee of the Party to construct socialism harmonious society in new time. In the past 30 years, the Chinese countryside has take place an earth-shaking change, and every aspect has also got gigantic achievement in areas of material civilization, political civilization and spiritual civilization and ecological civilization construction. There are still many disordant phenomenon, affecting the constrution of harmony contryside in new time. According to the current disharmony in the countryside, governments at various levels should do something to have an achievement, in order to develop rural economy, to strengthen the construction of the basic-level party organization and properly to resolve the various contradictions in the countryside, to deepen rural reform, to strengthen the rural ecological civilization, village customs civilization building, raise high fair idea, and promote the harmonious development of the countryside.
