摘要
无论从"三农"重要性和必要性的角度,还是从消除"二元结构"的角度,以及具体到建设滨海新锦州的角度来说,锦州社会主义新农村建设都具有划时代的伟大意义。从当前看,锦州社会主义新农村建设面临着工业经济和县域经济薄弱双重压力,建设新农村的任务繁重而紧迫。结合锦州地区实际,提出锦州社会主义新农村建设应遵循的主要原则,并有针对性地给出加快锦州社会主义新农村建设的对策建议,也很有些现实意义。
The construction of the new socialistic rural areas has epoch-making significance from the point of the importance and necessity of the three agriculture, elimination of the binary system and the significance of building the coastal Jinzhou. The construction of the new socialistic rural areas in Jinzhou is facing double pressure from industry economy and county region economy which make this task become very urgent and difficult.
