随着我国逐渐步入老龄化社会,中国的老年旅游市场具有不可限量的开发潜力。目前我国老年旅游市场发展速度快,旅游企业对开发老年旅游市场重视程度提高。但仍存在产品不能满足多样化的需求,老年旅游专门化程度不够等问题。因此应做好市场调研,明确目标市场;注重旅游产品的创新,提供人性化服务;注重售后服务,培养忠诚顾客。
Along with our country entering the aged society gradually, Chinese aged tourism market has great development potential. At present, the aged tourism market develops rapidly, tourism enterprises attach more importance to develop the aged tourism market. But it still could not meet the various requirements, and the aged tourism specialization degree is not high. Therefore, should do well market investigation, make clear object market;pay more attention to the creation of tourism products,offer human service;attach importance to after service, cultivate loyal clients.
