摘要
在大学生就业难的问题上,把主要原因归结为他们自身是不全面的。一个民族经济体系对劳动力容纳和吸收的能力才是决定劳动就业量的关键。所以,大学生就业难有着深刻的社会原因,包括高等教育体制、产业创新机制和就业环境等等社会制约因素。
On the difficult problem of the employment of university student, to think that it's main cause is student' subjective tendency to go to the developed area or big city is not reasonable. In fact, the ability of one national economic system to contain or absorb laborer is the key to determine the quantity of employment. Therefore, there are profound so- cial cause in the employment of university student including the system of higher education, the mechanism of industry in- novation, and the surroundings of employment.
