摘要
学生管理工作者担负着培养学生成才的重任,特别是在当今社会,知识经济的时代,人才竞争愈激烈的情况下,学生管理工作更应该从实际出发,运用新的思维方式,与时俱进、开拓创新,进而推动新时期高校学生管理工作。
In morden society, people are working on the constant groping of how to create and nurture talent. As student management teachers, we have a strong responsibility on our shoulders. Especially in today＇s open world, the rapidly changing situation brings unprecedented impacts to the students and student management teachers, thus our students should think more about the actual conditions, keep utilizing the new styles of thinking, advancement with the time and opening up to enhance the level of college students rationale work in the new era.
