摘要
分析了PHILIPS公司的一体化视频芯片SAA7130HL的特点和优势,并以此视频处理芯片为核心,结合PLX公司PCI6150芯片和流媒体视频驱动程序,构建了一个实时视频数据采集系统。实现了对PAL制复合视频信号的采集、压缩、预览等功能,并可以将此系统有效地应用于智能住宅区监控和超市监控等领域,实现了对目标的实时监控与管理。
The features and advantages of video card of SAA7130HL（ PHILIPS Co） were analyzed. A real-time video data acquisition system was constructed, which consisted of the integrated video card of SAA7130HL（ PHILIPS Co） as the core of the system, chip of PCI6150 （ PLX Co） and a video driver based on stream media technology. The function of acquisition, compression and previewing for composite video signal conforming to the PAL standard can be realized by the system, which is feasible to adapt to the real-time monitoring and management for intellectualized residential building, supermarkets, etc.
