摘要
数控车床加工中能否对刀具半径进行合理补偿是提高零件加工质量和加工效率的关键。在深入分析刀尖圆弧引起的误差、刀具补偿原理的基础上,提出了刀具补偿的具体措施。应用该刀具补偿的具体措施于车床加工中,对大量零件进行加工,证实了正确应用刀具半径补偿措施,能够有效地提高零件的加工质量和加工效率。
Whether the tool radius can be reasonably compensated is the key to improve machining quality and efficiency. Based on the deep analysis to the error resulted from corner radius and the principle of tool compensation, the measures of tool compensation were proposed. It is proved that the correct compensation method of tool radius can efficiently improve the machining quality and efficiency by machining many parts.
