就中国警察承受的各方面压力,分析了民警压力的构成因素,究其原因才能有效地预防和调节各种压力对民警造成的影响。
This paper analyzes the composing factors of stress of people＇ police according to various stress that Chinese police axe enduring. Effects that Various stress have on police can be prevented and adjusted according to the reasons.
