从严把工程质量关必须对建筑材料的检测控制谈起,对见证取样送检的重要性和过程作了阐述,说明了见证取样是"质量治差"的重要措施,这种监督管理能控制试验数据的准确性和公正性,提高了工程质量水平。
Construction material must be checked and controlled to guarantee the project quality strictly. The importance and procedure of testimony, sampling and delivering for check are discussed to illustrate that testimony and sampling are important measures of ＂quality regulates the inferior＂. Accuracy and fair of experimental data can be controlled by this kind of supervising management, improving quality of the project.
