摘要
基于一例企业危机管理的成功典范,分析了危机的含义与企业危机管理的重要作用,提出了几点面向人才流失的危机管理措施。
Based on a successful case of enterprise＇ s crisis management, this paper analyzes the connotations of the crisis and the important functions of enterprise＇ s crisis management, and puts forward some measures for carrying out crisis management facing the brain drain.
