摘要
从人员和服务两个方面分析了山东省公共图书馆和高校图书馆的现状,提出了提高图书馆核心竞争力的建议。
This paper analyzes the present situation of the public libraries and university libraries in Shandong Province from two aspects of the personnel and service, and advances some suggestion on strengthening the core competitive power of the library.
