摘要
通过提高PA66在切粒时聚合釜的氮气压力、定期检查和调整切粒时切粒机切刀切割间隙、减小振动筛筛网的孔径,有效的控制和减少了间歇生产PA66树脂过程中超长粒的产生,从而进一步提高了产品的质量。
Through enhancing the nitrogen pressure of polymarizer when cutting the PA 66 resin into the granule, periodically inspecting and adjusting the cutting gap of granulator, reducing the aperture of the shaker strainer.We have effectively controlled and reduced the super long granule in the intermittent production of the PA 66 resin. As a result, we have further improved the quality of the product.
