摘要
2-乙基-6-甲基-3-羟基吡啶盐酸盐是一种新型的抗氧化药物。对其游离碱即标题产物合成工艺进行改进:以2%三氟化硼的乙醚稀溶液为催化剂合成2-丙酰基-5-甲基呋喃,产率为71%;再在150℃下25%氨水中加入一定量的铵盐,高压下合成2-乙基-6-甲基-3-羟基吡啶,有效地减少了焦油的生成,同时避免了大量铵盐结块对高压釜的损害,标题化合物的产率达50.3%,并通过1HNMR对产物进行了表征。
