摘要
通过文献资料研究、实地考查、问卷调查、专家访谈和数理统计等方法,以山东省100个青少年体育俱乐部为研究对象,对山东省青少年体育俱乐部在全国所占比例、在全省的分布情况、依托单位类别情况、各市分布情况、运行模式等基本情况进行统计,分析了山东省青少年体育俱乐部的融资现状、场地、器材及设施情况现状、活动开展现状等。发现部分领导重视程度不够、定位不准、管理体制不顺、政策不配套或难以落实、宣传力度不够、融资渠道窄和开放力度不够等,是制约山东省青少年体育俱乐部发展的主要问题,并提出了相应对策,以期促进山东省青少年体育俱乐部的发展。
With 100 teen - age sports clubs as the object, the paper studies statistically on the basic state of the proportion by Shandong sports club in China, the distributing situation in both Shandong province and each cities in Shandong, the supporting units, the operating models,etc, Analysing those club＇s financing condition, present state of field, equipment and establishment, and the situation of sports activities, and finds out some problems existing in clubs, development, for instance, the inadequacy in the stress by some of the leaders, unprecise orientation, unsmoothness in administrative system and intensity, ere, through the ways of literature study, field survey, questionnaire survey, interviews on experts and symbolic statistics. It also proposes eotmtemeasures correspondingly. Thus it will promote the development for the teen- age sports clubs in Shandong province.
