摘要
关注和支持贫困大学生,是建立和谐社会、促进公平教育的一个不容忽视的问题。在对贫困生的调查和访谈中发现,贫困生在承受经济压力的同时也承担着巨大的心理压力。贫困生由于面临着学习、经济、情感、心理及就业等多重压力,更容易陷入精神和心理的贫困当中。在校园中他们往往很少参加聚会和文化活动,因而也失去了很多展示自己、锻炼自己的机会,这进一步阻碍了他们个性的健康发展。在与同学相处中,贫困生容易导致过于自我保护,表现为孤僻、敏感、偏执和过激。解决贫困生问题是国家、社会各界和高校共同的责任,应多方努力,形成贫困生救助机制,使全社会共同关注贫困生问题;应进一步完善高职院校贫困生经济资助体系,加大思想教育工作力度,使贫因生从精神上脱贫;应提高贫困生的综合素质,为高职院校贫困生顺利就业奠定基础。
Care and support of needy students are an indispensable problem in establishing harmonious society and promote fair education. Both economic burden and great psychological pressure face needy students through polls and interview. Pressure in study, economy, feelings, psychology and employment will push them into poverty of spirit and psychology. In addition, they seldom join in parties and cultural activities, which make them lose opportunities to show and train themselves and hinder sound development of their personahties. They tend to self-protect excessively in the form of unsociability, sensitivity, intolerance and extremeness. It is common duty for the state, the society and colleges to form financial- aid mechanism for needy students showing concerns for them. The financial - aid system for needy students will be improved. Ideological education will be enforced to take off poverty in spirit. Comprehensive qualities will be enhanced to set foundation for obtaining employment smoothly.
