摘要
采用菌落生长速率法,测定了2种保护性杀菌剂和4种内吸性杀菌剂对烟草黑胫病菌敏感菌株和4个抗甲霜灵突变株的EC50值,测定了抗甲霜灵烟草黑胫病菌突变株对5种杀菌剂的交互抗性。结果表明:抗甲霜灵烟草黑胫病菌突变株对代森锰锌有负交互抗性现象,对百菌清、霜脲氰、乙磷铝和霜霉威无交互抗性。
In this study, the EC50 values to sensitive strain and 4 resistant - metalaxyl strains in Phytophthora nicotianae var. nicotianae of 2 unsystemic and 4 systemic fungicides were determined by the method of colonial growth - rate; the cross - resistances to 5 fungicides of the resistant - metalaxyl strains in P. nicotianae var. nicotianae were determined. The results showed that the resistant - metalaxyl strains in P. nicotianae var. nicotianae had negative cross - resistance to mancozeb, and had no cross - resistance to chlorothalonil, cymoxanil, fosetyl- Al, and propamocarb.
