介绍了农民专业合作社的产生,论述了我国农民专业合作社发展现状,探讨了完善农民专业合作社的内部管理机制。
This paper introduces the generation of peasant specialty cooperative, expounds the present developing situation of Chinese peasant specialty cooperative, and probes into the internal management mechanism for perfecting the peasant speeialty eooperative.
