摘要
分析了当前高校图书馆员队伍的现状及存在的问题,阐明了新时期高校图书馆员应具备的素质,提出了加强馆员素质培养的途径。
This paper analyzes the present situation of and problems existing in current librarian ranks of university, expounds the qualities that the librarians should possess in the new era, and advances some paths for strengthening the quality cultivation of librarians.
