摘要
我院普外科1986年12月～1994年12月间共计有81例重症胰腺炎病人接受手术治疗,其中17例发生近期并发症（20.9％）,随访41例,其中12例发生远期并发症（29.2％）。作者分析认为并发症的出现与疾病本身、手术时机、手术方式、术中对胰腺坏死程度及范围的判断及作者对解剖及病理的认识相关。
From December, 1986 to December, 1994, 81 patient of critical pancreatitis had received operation in our hospital and 17 patients had early post-operative complications, 12 patients had late past-operative complications. By analysis of these patients the author considers the occurance of these complications is related to the disease itself, the operation opporunity, the operation method, the judgement to the necrosis of pancreas during operation and so on.
