摘要
目的:使眼科门诊患者获得有效的健康教育和良好的就诊环境,提高护理质量和患者满意度。方法:组织实施了眼科门诊患者进行诊前健康教育、门诊检查、治疗过程中的健康教育、离诊时教育。采用健康教育宣传栏、个别指导、赠送《健康教育处方》、视频教育等不同内容及形式的健康教育。结果:通过开展健康教育提高了眼科门诊患者的健康意识,优化了就诊流程,维持了良好的就诊秩序和诊疗环境。结论:科学合理的眼科门诊健康教育提供了人性化的整体护理,不仅提高了眼科门诊患者对护理工作的满意度,同时也提高了护士的学习积极性和业务素质。
Objective The effective health education should be performed , to improve nursing quality and satisfied the outpatients of ophthalmologic department. Methods To have health education for outpatients of ophthalmologic department before , during and after the treatment. The education methods include propaganda board, individual guide, heal education prescription and video materials. Results The outpatients＇health consciousness should be improved by the health education, the process of diagnosis and treatment were simple, and the enviroment of diagnosis and treatment became well. Conclusion Scientific and resonable health education to the outpatients of ophthalmologic department improve not only the satisfy of the patients but also level of expertise of the nurses.
