摘要
对重点公益林的基本内涵、检查范围、重点公益林的确认以及林地征占用项目弄虚作假的判断标准等涉及重点公益林林地征占用检查的几个关键问题进行了探讨,并就检查中如何把握这些问题提出个人的观点。
The discussion is executed to such the key problems which involves in forestland requisitioning and occupying check as its basic connotation, check scope, confirmation, and the judgment standards to fake forestland requisitioning and occupying projects. Furthermore,personal points of view on how to deal with these problems daring check are advanced.
