摘要
目的观察星状神经节阻滞治疗肠易激综合征的疗效。方法40例肠易激综合征患者随机分为研究组(A)和对照组(B),各20例。A组采用星状神经节阻滞治疗;B组采用常规内科治疗。结果两组病例治疗后症状均有改善,A组与B组相比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论星状神经节阻滞能有效治疗肠易激综合征。
Objective To observe the therapeutic efficacy of stellate ganglion block on irritable bowel syndrome. Methods Forty cases was randomly divided into two groups,20 cases in each group. In group A, stellate ganglion block（ SGB） were used, group B was control. The therapeutic efficacy was recorded. Results Group A was more effective than the group B in increasing the total effective rate of irritable bowel syndrome （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Stellate ganglion block is an effective way for the therapy of irritable bowel syndrome. It can increase the total effective rate.
