摘要
目的调查分析我国近12年来垂体腺瘤研究的概况,供研究者参考。方法运用FULLTEXT=’垂体腺瘤/fld=关键词,题名,外文题名,摘要AND#年>=1994 AND#年<=2005’检索表达式,从CMCC获取文献,再根据文献特征分项统计分析。结果共检获文献1 354篇,发文最多的作者是章翔(16篇),刊文最多的期刊是中华神经外科杂志(78篇),报道最多的地区是北京市(191篇),发文最多的单位是中国医学科学院中国协和医科大学(69篇),报道内容最多的为手术治疗(462篇),90篇论文得到33种基金资助等。结论描绘了我国近12年来垂体腺瘤研究的概况,并提出了促进研究的建议,对研究者有一定参考价值。
Objective From a point of view of metrological analysis of literature,to review the pituitary adenoma researches reported during the period 2000-2005 in China. Methods To retrieve the papers about pituitary adenoma researches reported from 1994 to 2005 on Chinese Medical Current Contents（CMCC）, and to carry out the statistical analysis from different aspects. Results In all the 1354 papers collected, the first places in order of the first author, institution, journal, district, affected body part and fund-in aid,etc, were as follows： ZHANG Xiang（16 papers）, Chinese Journal of Neurosurgery（78 papers）, Beijing（191 papers）, Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences and Peking Union Medical College（69 papers）, the main topics,operative treatment（462 papers）and 90 papers with 33 kinds of fund-in aid. Conclusion To draw the outline of the situation of pituitary adenoma research in recent 6 years in China, which would strive for further improvement for pituitary adenoma study.
