摘要
糖尿病性勃起功能障碍(DMED)是糖尿病患者常见的并发症之一,其发病机制十分复杂,涉及到神经、血管、代谢、内分泌、神经递质等多方面因素。大量研究表明,糖尿病患者体内不断积聚的晚期糖基化终产物(AGE)在各种糖尿病并发症的发生发展过程中起了重要的作用,作者针对AGE在DMED发生发展过程中的作用作一综述。
: Erectile dysfunction is a common complication in patients with diabetes mellitus. The pathogenesis of diabetic erectile dysfunction (DED) is very complicated and muhifaceted, involving neuropathy, vasculopathy, metabolism, endocrine disorders, neurotransmitters and so on. Many researches indicate that advanced glycation end products (AGE) are very important in the pathogenesis of diabetic complications. This review aims at the role of AGE in the pathogenesis of DED.
