摘要
目的观察抗瘤升白片对晚期恶性肿瘤患者近期疗效、生存质量及免疫功能的影响。方法将225例晚期恶性肿瘤患者随机分为治疗组及对照组。其中对照组98例,予抗感染、支持、止痛等西医常规治疗;治疗组127例,在西医常规治疗的基础上给予抗瘤升白片口服,2组均连续治疗8周。观察治疗前后患者实体瘤的近期疗效、生存质量评分、外周血T细胞亚群、NK细胞活性。结果近期疗效治疗组有效率为15.7%,略高于对照组的11.2%,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。生存质量评分治疗组好转稳定率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。两组患者T细胞亚群、NK细胞活性检测结果显示,治疗组明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论抗瘤升白片能提高晚期癌症患者生存质量及免疫功能,并可能有一定抑制肿瘤生长的作用。
Objective To explore the effects of Kangliu Shengbai tablets on the short-term curative effect, life quality and immunologic function for the patients with advanced tumor. Methods 225 patients with advanced tumor were randomly divided into two groups, in which 98 patients in control group were treated with routine anti-infection, analgesia and support therapies, and 127 in treatment group with Kangliu Shengbai tablets combined with routine medicines. All the patients were treated for 8 weeks, and the short-term curative effect of tumor, living quality, subgroup of T-cell and activity of NK cell in peripheral blood of the patients were determined before and after treatment. Results The short-term curative effect in treatment group was 15.7%, Which was higher than that in control group （11.2%）, the difference was no significant （P〉0.05）. But the evaluation and stabilization of living quality in treatment group was significantly higher than that in control group （P〈0.01）. The determining results of T-cell subgroup and NK-cell activity in treatment group was significantly better than that in control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Kangliu Shengbai tablet can improve the living quality and immunologic function of patients with advanced tumor and is effective to inhibit growth of tumor.
