白藜芦醇甲基化衍生物对兔骨关节炎模型关节液及血清NO和iNOS水平的影响 被引量:8

摘要 目的探讨白藜芦醇甲基化衍生物(BTM)对兔骨关节炎(OA)模型关节液及血清中NO和iNOS水平的影响。方法36只健康新西兰兔随机分为正常组、模型组、阳性组和BTM高、中、低剂量组。模型组和阳性组、BTM组用Hulth法复制出实验性骨关节炎模型,术后8周造模成功。正常组、模型组用生理盐水2 mL/kg、阳性组用双醋瑞因4.6 mg/kg、BTM组用BTM高剂量120 mg/kg、中剂量60 mg/kg、低剂量30 mg/kg灌胃,连续用药4周后处死兔并切取股骨内髁软骨作光镜观察,测定骨关节液和血清中NOi、NOS含量。结果光镜下模型组兔关节软骨呈明显退行性变,BTM组较模型组有显著修复作用。BTM组关节液和血清中NOi、NOS水平显著低于模型组(P﹤0.05),阳性组和BTM组关节液和血清中NOi、NOS水平无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论BTM能够降低骨关节炎模型兔关节液及血清中的NO和iNOS的水平,抑制骨关节炎的发生和发展。
