摘要
针对竹纤维强力低、弹性差、滑爽、比电阻大等特性,对竹纤维/Coolmax混纺纱的纺纱工艺参数进行了分析和研究,探讨了提高竹纤维混纺纱质量的一些关键技术措施,并按工序作了叙述,制得的竹纤维混纺纱条干均匀,强力好,毛羽少,疵点少。
Processing parameters in spinning bamboo fiber/Coolmax blended yam are analyzed and studied against its low fiber strength, poor elasticity, smooth and high specific resistance of bamboo fiber in this paper, and some key technical measures to improve the quality of this bamboo fiber blended yam in the processes are discussed to make the yarn be of good evenness, high strength, less hairiness and defects.
