摘要
对三种非晶态合金磁性材料Fe73Si4B23(1)、Fe73Si3B24(2)Fe75Si4B21(3)的居里温度进行了探讨,测定陀们淬火态的居里温度以及与退火过程的关系,并用非晶态合金的“双层结构模型”加以理论解释。
The curie Temperatures of soft magnetic amorphous alloys Fe73Si4B23(1#),Fe73Si3B24(2#), Fe75Si4B21(3# ) were investigated. The as-quenched curie temperature and their relation with annealing process have been measured. The experiment results were explained with the theory of 'double-layer structural unit model'.
