A study on improving size adhesion by high-speed shearing homogenization

摘要 探讨了高速剪切均质在纺织浆纱浆液上的应用,研究了其对浆液黏附力的改善作用。结果表明:高速剪切均质可使淀粉浆液以及淀粉与PVA、聚丙烯酸类混合浆液的黏附力有明显的改善和提高,这对于进一步提高浆纱质量具有积极作用。 The application of high-speed shearing homogenization on textile sizing is studied and the improvement of the size adhesion is also researched. The results indicate that high-speed shearing homogenization can obviously improve and raise the size adhesion of both starch size and the mixtured size of starch, PVA and polyacrylate. It is of positive action in further improving of sizing quality.
