摘要
提出了用MOSFET实现的静止型有源无功功率补偿器(电压型),简述了补偿器的结构,控制方式及硬件电路的工作原理.给出了实验结果,表明其对谐波电流的补偿效果良好.
A new type of static active reactive power compensator conducting with MOSFET is presented, brief desciption of the control mode, the constructure and working principle of hardwore circuits of the control system is given. Experimental results show that the compensator is effeitive to harmonic current.
