摘要
基于简单协作、分工协作以及机器体系的工厂制度等古典企业组织形式内部,在生产过程中会产生专业化知识。当企业内生知识外化为代表着特定阶段的生产力水平的物质资本时,赋予了物质资本所有者取得企业内部权力的合理性。因此,构建“分工、知识、资本”三位一体的内在逻辑和分析框架,可以对从手工工场制度到工厂制度的古典企业内部权力现象及其演变做出合理解释,从而彰显了基于分工来分析企业权力内生性质的思路。
Inside classical forms of firms, such as factory system based on simple coordination, coordinated division of labor and machinery system, specialized knowledge will emerge in the production process. When the endogenous knowledge of firms is externalized as material capital embodying productivity level of certain period of time, it renders the owners of material capital justification for gaining internal corporate power. Therefore, by constructing a logical and analytical framework based on the trinity of "division of labor, knowledge, and capital", a reasonable explanation can be made of the evolution of classical corporate power from manual workshop system to factory system, displaying the division-of-labor approach to the endogeneity corporate power.
