热轧车间炉区平面布置的合理与否直接影响生产操作以及工艺的连续性,而加热炉炉型的选择直接关系到板坯加热质量的好坏。本文重点介绍2160热轧加热炉平面布置和炉型设计,以及如何很好适应热装热送的装料制度。
Whether hot rolling workshop stove area plane arrangement is reasonable or not, influence directly production operation and craft continuity, but choice of the heating furnact type relates directly the slab heating quality. This article introduces particularly the heating furnace plane arrangement and the heating furnace design of the 2160 rolling mill, as well as how to adapt the hot charge and delivery system.
